The apkkiss platform is designed exclusively for users residing in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. apkkiss bears no responsibility for any violation of local laws committed by members.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only at apkkiss. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, or any other information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. apkkiss reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and winnings without compensation upon detection of such a violation.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering an apkkiss account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, MyKad number, date of birth, email address, and active phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account termination.

You are fully responsible for keeping your apkkiss account secure. This includes choosing a strong password (at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols), not sharing your password with anyone, and ensuring you log out from any shared device.

3.1 Password Responsibility

Apkkiss will never ask for your password via email, phone, or WhatsApp under any circumstances. If you receive any such request claiming to be from apkkiss, it is a fraudulent attempt. Please report it to our support team immediately.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the apkkiss support team immediately via email support@apkkiss.app for immediate account freezing. apkkiss is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access if you fail to report it within a reasonable time.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Apkkiss may require you to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) before processing certain withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected on your account. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or passport, a recent bank statement, and proof of residential address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Apkkiss accepts valid Malaysian payment methods only. You are not permitted to use third-party or foreign payment methods for transactions on the apkkiss platform.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. apkkiss reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM1,000 per transaction or RM5,000 within any 30-day period.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals to Malaysian eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take longer.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Using the apkkiss platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. apkkiss is fully compliant with Malaysia's anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Apkkiss offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus for new members, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and a VIP loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses received must meet the specified wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly for each promotion (e.g., 20x, 30x, or 40x the bonus value). Failure to fulfil the wagering requirements within the stipulated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being automatically forfeited.

6.3 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and other sports, all confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once a match has started. If a match is postponed or cancelled, sport-specific rules will apply to determine bet settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apkkiss platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false or misleading personal information;
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any technical tools to manipulate games;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or technical errors for financial gain;
• Payment fraud, including the use of unauthorized credit cards or bank accounts;
• Colluding with other members to cheat the system (collusion);
• Any form of money laundering through the apkkiss platform;
• Systematic abuse of the bonus system through low-risk betting strategies;
• Posting defamatory, threatening, or unlawful content on the apkkiss platform.

Apkkiss takes member privacy very seriously.
